Responsibilities:
- Setting up and configuring visual inspection systems to ensure pharmaceutical product quality.
- Optimizing inspection recipes for accurate detection and classification of products.
- Creating and maintaining test sets for visual inspection to guarantee system accuracy.
- Conducting validation and qualification tests for inspection systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and quality control compliance.
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and improving existing systems.
- Documenting all tasks and results following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
- Fieldwork (25%-65%) supporting installation, commissioning, and optimization of inspection systems at customer sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automation Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Knowledge in the application and programming of machine vision systems is a plus.
- Experience in optimizing processes for visual inspection systems.
- Familiarity with GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to travel for regular on-site assignments at customer locations.
- Fluent in German and English.
